Collaborator roles and permissions (owner/editor/viewer/calendar)
What each of the four collaborator roles can and can't do on a shared property.
The four roles
Owner: full control, including deleting the property, managing billing, and inviting/removing other collaborators — this role belongs automatically to whoever created the property, it isn't something you assign to an invitee. When you invite someone, you choose one of the other three: Editor, who can create and edit rentals, expenses, contracts, and most other data, but cannot delete the property or manage billing. Viewer, with read-only access to everything shared with them. Calendar, which sees and manages only the booking calendar — no access to financials, documents, or tenant data. This role is meant for cleaners or co-hosts who only need to know what's booked.
Roles are set per property, not per account — the same person can be an editor on one property and a viewer on another.
