Invite collaborators to your account
Share properties with an accountant, co-owner, or property manager without giving away full access.
Understanding roles
You can invite a collaborator to a property at one of three permission levels: editor (can create/edit most things but not delete the property or manage billing), viewer (read-only), or calendar (can only see and manage the booking calendar — useful for a cleaner or co-host who shouldn't see financials). The property's creator keeps a separate, implicit owner role with full control — owner isn't something you assign to someone else, it belongs to whoever the property was created under.
- 1Open the property, go to its settings, and choose "Invite collaborator."
- 2Enter their email and pick editor, viewer, or calendar.
- 3They receive an invitation email; once accepted, the property appears in their own account under "Shared with me."
A collaborator only ever sees the properties you explicitly share with them, at the role you chose — inviting someone never gives them access to the rest of your portfolio.
