Property settings: tax regime and energy certificate tracking

Two settings that quietly affect your reports and reminders: fiscal regime and energy certificate expiry.

Tax regime: individual (IRPF) vs. company (IS)

Every property is tagged as either individual (IRPF — Rendimientos del Capital Inmobiliario) or company (IS — Impuesto sobre Sociedades). This tag drives which deductions, amortization rules, and report formats Keyio applies when you generate fiscal reports for that property, so it should match how the property is actually owned before you rely on the numbers for filing.

Energy certificate tracking

You can record your property's energy performance certificate and its expiry date. Keyio surfaces an upcoming action item when it's close to expiring, so you're reminded to renew it before it lapses — it doesn't renew or submit anything on your behalf.
