Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Keyio platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Agreement & Definitions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Keyio platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Keyio(“Company”, “we”, “us”).
"User" means any individual or entity accessing the Service.
"Account" means the registered profile created to access the Service.
"Content" means data, text, files, and information submitted to or generated by the Service.
"Subscription" means the paid plan providing access to the Service features.
2. User Accounts
To access Keyio, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You may not share your account credentials with third parties. Each subscription covers a single user unless you are using the collaboration/shared access features.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period to explore the platform. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused periods, except where required by applicable law.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Keyio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Keyio platform — including its software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Keyio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service during your subscription.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Important: Keyio is a software tool to assist with property management. It does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You should always consult qualified professionals for legal and tax matters. The tax reports generated by Keyio are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified accountant before filing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from your actions
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
