Owner statements: frequency and recipients
Opt-in, manager-branded PDF summaries that recap income, expenses, and net result for an owner.
Enabling owner statements
Owner statements are an opt-in feature you configure per property from its management settings: set a default frequency label (monthly or quarterly) and the recipient email addresses. When you're ready to report a period, you generate the statement from the property's Statements tab — Keyio compiles income, expenses, and net result into a PDF for you to review — and then send it to the configured recipients with a separate "Send to Owners" click. Nothing goes out until you generate and send it yourself.
The frequency you set is just the default period label shown when you generate a statement (e.g. "monthly") — it doesn't trigger anything on its own. Generating and sending are both manual steps you take each time.
