Uploading and organizing documents
Each property has its own document vault, separate from rental-specific documents like signed contracts. Upload deeds, insurance policies, energy certificates, or any other property-level paperwork, and they stay attached to the property even as rentals come and go.
Document visibility follows the collaborator roles you've set on the property (see Collaborator roles and permissions) — a viewer can see and download documents, but only editors and owners can upload or delete them.
