Understanding the rental overview page
The overview tab is the single page where payments, guests, documents, escalation, and renewal status all come together.
What's on this page
For long-term and hybrid rentals, the overview aggregates: the current payment status and any open escalation, upcoming or recent guests, linked documents (contract, ID copies), and — if a lease renewal is approaching — its status. It's designed as the one place to check "is everything okay with this rental" without opening every tab individually.
