Where they show up
Action items appear in the notification dropdown and on your dashboard whenever something in your portfolio needs a decision or a check — not just informational alerts. Each one links directly to where you resolve it (a pending-dates conflict, a cleaning window to mark done, a suggested recargo, an upcoming renewal, an open escalation) so you're never just told something happened without a way to act on it.
