What the dashboard shows
The analytics dashboard, found under Reports, gives you occupancy rate, ADR (average daily rate), RevPAR (revenue per available room/night), and break-even occupancy for your short-term rentals, with trends over time. This is a performance/operations view — it's separate from the fiscal report, which is about tax-ready numbers rather than how well a property is performing.
