The auto-send toggle: what happens when you enable automatic submission
A per-property setting that submits guest registrations to SES automatically once a guest finalizes their form.
What it does
By default, guest submissions to SES require you to review and send them yourself. Turning on the auto-send setting in a property's SES settings changes that: as soon as a guest finalizes their registration form, Keyio submits it to SES.HOSPEDAJES automatically, without waiting for you to click send.
Enabling this means you no longer see a submission before it reaches SES — only turn it on once you're confident your guest form is collecting accurate data, since there's no manual review step to catch mistakes beforehand.
This toggle only affects SES; it does not change how Mossos d'Esquadra or Ertzaintza submissions are handled.
