Setting up a recargo
If your lease allows for a late-payment surcharge (recargo), configure the rate on the property's recargo settings. Once a payment is marked late, Keyio can suggest the corresponding surcharge amount as an adjustment you add to what's owed — it calculates the figure, but you still choose whether to apply it for a given case.
