How to sign up, verify your email, and pick the subscription plan that fits your portfolio.
Signing up
Go to the Keyio registration page and create an account with your email and password, or continue with Google. New accounts start on a free trial with no credit card required, so you can explore the platform before committing to a plan.
- 1Open the registration form and enter your name, email and password (or choose "Continue with Google").
- 2Verify your email address using the link we send you — some features are limited until your email is verified.
- 3You land on your dashboard with an empty portfolio, ready to add your first property.
Choosing a plan
Keyio offers several subscription tiers, from a compliance-only Cumplimiento plan (guest registration and tourist tax only, priced per property) up to full-featured plans that add expenses, contracts, payments, and reports. You can start on the free trial and upgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription — nothing is lost when you switch plans.
Not sure which plan you need? If you only manage compliance (guest registration and tourist tax) for a few properties, Cumplimiento is usually the cheapest fit — you can always upgrade later.
