The fastest way to get your first property into Keyio, manually or with AI assistance.

Adding a property

From the Properties section, click "Add Property." You can fill in the address, reference, and tax details manually, or use the AI-assisted option: paste a listing description or upload a document and Keyio pre-fills the form for you to review before saving.

  1. 1Click "Add Property" from your dashboard or the Properties list.
  2. 2Choose manual entry or AI-assisted entry.
  3. 3Set the tax regime (individual/IRPF or company/IS) — this determines which deductions and reports apply later.
  4. 4Save. You can edit any field afterward from the property's settings.

AI-assisted entry only pre-fills the form — nothing is saved until you review and confirm it, so it's safe to try even with messy source text.
