Upgrading, downgrading and feature locks
What happens to your data when you change plans, and what a locked feature looks like.
Changing plans
You can change your subscription plan at any time from Settings → Subscription — nothing is deleted when you upgrade or downgrade. If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include a feature you were using (for example, moving from a full plan to Cumplimiento, which is compliance-only), that feature's data stays intact but becomes read-only or hidden behind a feature-locked panel, prompting you to upgrade again if you want to use it.
