Enabling the Renter Portal for a rental
A secure, opt-in portal where your long-term tenant can check their own payment status and documents.
Turning it on
The Renter Portal is available for long-term and hybrid rentals from the rental's Portal settings. It's off by default — turning it on generates a secure link for your tenant, who logs in with a one-time code sent to their own email, no separate password to manage.
If you don't see the option to enable the portal for a rental, it may not be turned on for your account yet — contact support to have it enabled.
