Controlling document visibility in the portal
You choose exactly which documents a tenant can see — nothing is shared by default.
Choosing what's visible
From the property and rental document lists, you mark individual documents as visible in the portal — signed contracts and shared property documents are common choices, but nothing is exposed automatically just because the portal is enabled. A document stays hidden from your tenant until you explicitly share it.
