Give a caller an instant, accurate price for any dates, add a markup, and turn it into a booking with one click.
Calculating a quote
In the Pricing tab's Quote tool section, enter check-in and check-out dates and Keyio calculates the total live — every season, weekend adjustment, and length-of-stay discount that applies is already factored in. Add an optional markup (percentage or fixed) on top, for example when negotiating directly with a caller.
The calculator is live and doesn't save anything on its own — nothing is written until you explicitly click "Save quote".
Saving a quote, and converting it into a booking
Save a quote to keep it as a follow-up lead — it appears in the Quote tool's saved-quotes list (with a status you can update: new, contacted, converted, dismissed) and also as a distinct marker on the property's booking calendar, so you can see at a glance which dates have a pending inquiry.
A saved quote never blocks those dates and is never synced anywhere outside Keyio — it's purely informational until you act on it.
From either the saved-quotes list or the booking calendar marker, you can convert a quote straight into a real booking: it pre-fills the "Add booking" form with the quote's dates and price, ready to confirm. You can also just delete a quote that didn't go anywhere.
A converted quote disappears from the calendar marker automatically — the real booking now represents those dates, so there's nothing extra to clean up.
