Seasons and calendar blockers
Price a date range differently from the base price, or block dates without creating a booking.
Seasons
A season is a named date range with its own price — either a fixed nightly price or a multiplier applied to the base price (e.g. ×1.5 for "High season"). If two seasons overlap on the same date, the one with the higher priority number wins.
- 1Open the property's Pricing tab and go to the Seasons section.
- 2Click "Add season", name it, set the date range and price type/value, and optionally a minimum stay and priority.
- 3The calendar reflects the season's price on those dates immediately.
Calendar blockers and per-date overrides
For a specific date or range, you can go beyond seasons: set an exact price, block the dates outright (unavailable, but not tied to any booking — useful for personal use or maintenance), set a minimum stay just for that range, or mark it closed to arrival/departure (guests can't check in, or check out, on the edge day of that range). This is the highest-priority layer — it wins over both seasons and the weekend rule.
A calendar blocker never syncs anywhere outside Keyio and never appears on your public availability feed as a "reservation" — it's purely an internal marker.
