Syncing calendars with iCal (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Connect your booking platforms so reservations flow into Keyio automatically, in both directions.
How sync works
Keyio exchanges iCal feeds with your booking platforms: it exports a feed URL you paste into Airbnb/Booking.com so they see your Keyio bookings, and it imports each platform's feed URL so their bookings appear in Keyio automatically on a periodic sync — no manual re-entry of reservations.
- 1Open the rental's Calendar tab and click "Sync settings."
- 2Copy Keyio's export URL and add it as a calendar in Airbnb/Booking.com/your other platform.
- 3Paste each platform's iCal export URL into Keyio to import their bookings.
- 4Sync runs periodically in the background — you don't need to trigger it manually.
iCal feeds typically update every few hours on the platform side, so a brand-new booking may take a little while to appear — this is a limitation of the iCal standard itself, not something Keyio controls.
