Arrival guide: photos and step-by-step entry instructions
Add photo-and-text steps (parking, entrance, bins…) that show up in the Guest Portal for every booking, plus a per-booking entry code.
Adding steps
The arrival guide is configured per property (not per booking) from the property's edit modal, in the Guest Portal step — the same step where WiFi networks and local recommendations live. Each step is a photo plus a short instruction: where to park, which door to use, where the bins are, and so on. Use one of the quick templates (Parking, Entrance, Bins & recycling, Check-out) to pre-fill a title, or add a custom step from scratch.
Reorder steps with the up/down arrows on each row so they read in the order a guest actually experiences them. Every step you add shows automatically in the Guest Portal for that property's short-term bookings — there's no separate toggle to turn it on.
This is additional to the Documents list, not a replacement for it — keep reference material like appliance manuals or house rules as documents; use the arrival guide specifically for the entry moment.
The entry code lives on the booking, not the property
Unlike the arrival guide steps, the entry code is set per booking — from the rental's own Details section, next to check-in/check-out time. It's a simple text field: you transcribe whatever your lockbox or keypad code is for those dates. It's purely informational, independent of Smart Locks (lockapi): a permanent option for owners whose lock or keypad isn't connected, not a placeholder waiting to be replaced. If a booking has a code set, it shows at the top of the Guest Portal's arrival guide card, with a one-tap copy button.
Turning the entry code field off
The entry code field is on by default. If you manage access with linked smart locks (Cerraduras Inteligentes) and don't want the rental form to also ask for a manual code, turn it off from the "Código de entrada" toggle in the Guest Portal step, next to WiFi networks. This is an explicit choice, not automatic — a property can have both a smart lock on one door and a manual code for another (a building gate, say), so linking a lock doesn't turn this off by itself.
Turning it off hides the field on every rental form for this property going forward, and stops showing any previously-entered code in the Guest Portal — nothing leaks through after you switch.
