How long do I have to report guests?
Royal Decree 933/2021 requires guest data to be sent to SES.HOSPEDAJES within 24 hours of arrival. Keyio files the register as soon as the guest completes their check-in.
What do I need to get started?
Your landlord registration in SES.HOSPEDAJES, each property's establishment code, and the web-service credentials generated in the Ministry's portal. Keyio's SES.HOSPEDAJES guide walks through each step with screenshots.
How much does it cost for several properties?
The Cumplimiento plan is €0.99 per property per month: 10 properties are €9.90/month, with no per-booking fees. Full plans with expenses, contracts, payments and tax reports start at €3.99/month. The first 30 days are free, no card required.
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. They get a link, fill in their details on their phone (or scan their ID) and sign. Keyio keeps a downloadable libro de viajeros in case an inspection asks for it.
