SES.HOSPEDAJES

1. Register with SES.HOSPEDAJES
You only need to do this once per establishment.
2. Configure Keyio
Enter your credentials in the property settings.

Keyio asks for exactly the fields SES.HOSPEDAJES requires and validates the mandatory ones before submission. Anything missing is highlighted in red.
Share the registration link with your guests
Each rental has a guest registration URL you can send to your guests so they complete their data before arrival.
Manual entry or document scan
Both the guest and the landlord can enter the data manually or scan the DNI/passport to fill it in automatically.
4. Submit the guest report
Keyio sends data directly to SES. No need to log in to the portal.
Keyio logs every submission and response in the property history. If you need to annul a report (e.g. data error), you can do so from the same screen.
