Cleaning by room
Keyio works out the gap between one guest's checkout and the next check-in of each room, says which one to clean and can send the checklist to your cleaners for the rooms you choose.
Occupancy and income by room
Occupancy is counted in room-nights and the performance report breaks down nights, income, occupancy and average rate for each room. Rooms don't count as properties on your plan.
