Good to know
- Which plan do I need?
- The connector works on every plan. Expenses, rent payments and reports need Base, Plus or Premium; the Cumplimiento plan doesn't include them.
- Can I attach an invoice in the chat?
- In claude.ai, a file you attach in the chat can't be passed on to Keyio. Forward it to your invoice mailbox, or ask the assistant for an upload link and open it on your phone.
- What does read only mean?
- With read-only access the assistant looks things up but changes nothing and doesn't see your guests' details. Choose read and write if you want it to record expenses, payments or guests.
- Can I disconnect it?
- Yes, whenever you want: in Settings → Developer you see each connected app and what it has done, and once disconnected it loses access on its next request.
