Ertzaintza
Traveller registration system for the Basque Country regional police. Mandatory for all tourist accommodations in Euskadi (Álava, Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia). Keyio collects and validates your travellers' data; you file it on the Ertzaintza's official portal.
Unlike SES.HOSPEDAJES, Ertzaintza offers no public API or automatic submission. Keyio gathers and validates each traveller's data so you can register them on the Ertzaintza's official portal (Registro Hostelero), which you access with your own credentials.
1. Register with Ertzaintza
You only need to do this once per establishment.
Check with the nearest Ertzaintza station or the Government Delegation in the Basque Country for the current registration procedures for accommodation establishments.
2. Configure Keyio
You only need the establishment code.

Data you need to collect from each guest before arrival.
Ertzaintza data requirements are similar to SES.HOSPEDAJES. The Support Number is still required for DNI and NIE (9 characters: 3 letters + 6 digits, e.g. AAA123456).

4. File the registration with Ertzaintza
Log in to the Ertzaintza Registro Hostelero and register your travellers.
Keyio keeps each traveller's registration data in the property history (date and guests) for your records.
