Ertzaintza
Traveller registration system for the Basque Country regional police. Mandatory for all tourist accommodations in Euskadi (Álava, Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia). Keyio generates the XML file — you upload it to the Ertzaintza portal.
Ertzaintza uses its own XML format for traveller registration. Unlike SES.HOSPEDAJES, there is no public API — the process is: Keyio generates the XML, you download it and upload it manually to the Ertzaintza portal.
1. Register with Ertzaintza
You only need to do this once per establishment.
Check with the nearest Ertzaintza station or the Government Delegation in the Basque Country for the current registration procedures for accommodation establishments.
2. Configure Keyio
You only need the establishment code.

Ertzaintza data requirements are similar to SES.HOSPEDAJES. The Support Number is still required for DNI and NIE (9 characters: 3 letters + 6 digits, e.g. AAA123456).

4. Generate and upload the XML file
Download the XML from Keyio and upload it to the Ertzaintza portal.
Keyio logs each generated file in the property history, including the date, sequence number, and included guests.
