Scanning invoices with AI
Photograph or upload a receipt and let Keyio extract the details instead of typing them in.
How it works
From the Expenses tab, use the import option to photograph or upload an invoice or receipt. Keyio's AI extracts the date, amount, supplier, and a suggested category, and pre-fills a draft expense for you to review — it doesn't save anything until you confirm, so it's safe to use even on messy or partial receipts.
