Cleaning windows: how Keyio detects turnover time
Keyio automatically flags the gap between checkout and the next check-in so you don't miss a turnover.
How it's detected
When one guest's checkout and the next guest's check-in fall within a few days of each other (up to a 3-day gap), Keyio surfaces a cleaning-window action item on your dashboard and calendar. You can mark it as done once cleaning is complete — this is a detection and tracking feature only. Keyio does not assign or dispatch cleaning staff; there's no cleaner role in the product, so you handle the actual scheduling of who cleans outside Keyio.
