Your options as landlord
When sending a generated contract for signature, you choose how your own signature is handled: sign now (you sign immediately, before it goes to the tenant), sign later (the tenant signs first and you're prompted to sign once they've finished), or use a saved signature already on file for your account so you don't have to draw or upload it again each time.
