Build a reusable contract template with variables that auto-fill from your property and rental data.
Building a template
Open Templates and create a new one using the rich text editor. Insert variables (tenant name, property address, rent amount, lease dates, and so on) from the variable sidebar — write the template once, and every contract you generate from it fills those variables in automatically from the property and rental you generate it for.
You can also import an existing contract document as a starting point instead of writing one from scratch.
