Purchase and sale deeds of a buy-to-sell property
Keep the date, notary and protocol number of each deed with its copy, and let Keyio read them from the document.
The Deeds card
On the Sale tab, the Deeds card holds the purchase deed and the sale deed of the property: date, notary and protocol number, with a link to the copy.
The copy you attach (PDF or image, up to 15 MB) is filed with the property's documents, so you also find it on the Documents tab.
Reading the details with AI
After attaching the copy, "Read details with AI" fills in the date, the notary, the protocol number and the price. Whatever cannot be read reliably is left empty and Keyio tells you which fields to fill in by hand. Check the details before saving.
The price and date of the deed
The price in the deed is only compared with the one recorded on the property. If the price or the date differ, Keyio tells you and offers a box to use the deed's as the purchase (or sale) price and date; nothing on the property changes unless you tick it.
For the sale deed, that box is available once the sale has been recorded: the sale price and date are set when you record the sale.
