Reports already submitted are recorded in the SES/Mossos/Ertzaintza portals themselves, not just in the tool that sent them — so your compliance history doesn't depend on which platform you use going forward.
We don't run their pricing and can't confirm exact figures or reasons — check their site or support directly. What we can tell you is that in Keyio, guest registration is included at the same price as the rest of your rental management.
No — today only Catalonia and the Balearic Islands apply a per-night tourist tax in Spain. If you manage properties elsewhere, this feature simply doesn't appear.
